Job Descriptions
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for handling sales-related documents efficiently and accurately while supporting the marketing department's operational activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers, ensuring accurate information on pricing, lead times, and raw material availability.
- Review and validate sales-related documents prepared by the marketing team.
- Gather and verify data to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations.
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely receipt of POs and optimal order quantities.
- Analyze sales data by brand or customer segment and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Work with production and planning teams to manage production schedules and raw material stock levels.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and drive sales initiatives to prevent excess stock.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
