Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
1) Financial & Accounting Management:
•Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient financial operations.
•Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger, as well as maintain fixed assets records and control.
•Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow statements. As well as calculate and analyze the cost of property sales.
2) Compliance & Taxation:
•Ensure compliance with Thai accounting laws, tax regulations, and real estate financial policies.
•Prepare relevant tax fillings and submit to the Government properly and within the timeline, (i.e. withholding tax, VAT, Property tax)
•Assist in corporate tax planning related to property sales.
•Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
3) Budgeting & Financial Planning:
•Develop and monitor company budgets, ensuring financial stability and cost control.
•Conduct financial analysis and pro
