Job Descriptions
- โทรติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการของบริษัท
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและโปรโมชั่นแก่ลูกค้า พร้อมตอบข้อสงสัย
- จัดทำและส่งใบเสนอราคา รวมถึงติดตามผลการขาย
- บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าและการขายในระบบของบริษัท
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน
- อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales หรือ Call Center
- มีใจรักงานบริการ บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี น้ำเสียงที่ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง การนำเสนอการขายที่ดี
- พร้อมเริ่มงานทันทีพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
