•Determine market positioning, develop marketing strategies, and implement marketing plans to achieve sales target. •Collect and analyze market data to support and suggest strategic planning and implementation. •Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities. •Evaluate and improve strategies for the efficiency at most. •Write and edit contents for marketing materials to enhance brand image and influence the brand in the market. •Build and retain relationships with advertising agencies, media, and suppliers for smooth cooperations. •Use digital marketing tools to increase brand awareness and visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing planning in real estate industry.
Strong background in using marketing tools and creating outstanding contents.
Strong understanding of the market in real estate industry with ability of data and market analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Good communication skills in English (Chinese language proficiency is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
