Job Descriptions

1. To lead local project from FOT phase to MP and ensure project KPI's such as quality, cost and overall timeline. 2. Assistance of the project manager to following project tasks 3. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 4. Develop project strategies to ensure effective framework and documentation appropriately for each project 5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks 6. Lead regular meeting with project team to drive, tracking and follow up tasks to achieve targets 7. Coordinate technical project with internal/external 8. Regular report progressive of project to management 9. Prepare project documentation according IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 10. Report and escalate to management as needed 11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 12. Ensure resource availability and allocation

Qualifications

5+ years working experience at least, customer interface role, preferably within engineering, Planning & Project Management, preferably from Home Appliances industry.
Great management, communication, presentation, teamwork skill to take in information from customer and allocate tasks for team members
Knowledge of home appliance product design experience, molds, machinery and equipment, metallic, non-metallic, paper, texture
Extensive experience in user-centered innovation projects, Intuition on what consumers want and what works in the marketplace
Open to pursuing multiple paths to get to the best solution
Able to set priorities and keep momentum going on a mix of projects. Respond quickly to shifting priorities without losing sight of longer-term projects and goals
Be in the details and hands on; think strategically but drive actions and outcomes
Excellent in English Communication Both writing and verbal.
Able to use MS. Project, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint
Familiar with APQP and TS16949 or ISO9001
