We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of applications, repayments, and financial transactions. You’ll collaborate closely with our finance and accounting teams to maintain efficient workflows and deliver excellent service to our customers. If you’re organized, analytical, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
•ดำเนินการและจัดการคำขอ รวมถึงการตรวจสอบ KYC การอนุมัติเอกสาร และการเบิกจ่าย
•ดูแลและอัปเดตระบบบริหารจัดการสินเชื่อ
•ตรวจสอบการชำระคืนของลูกค้า
•ตรวจสอบการขายสินทรัพย์หลักค้ำประกัน
•ใช้ Microsoft Excel ในการจัดระเบียบ วิเคราะห์ และดูแลข้อมูลด้านสินเชื่อและการเงิน
•ปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงินตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ถูกต้องและเสร็จสิ้นภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน บริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีในงาน Admin หรืองาน Support (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่สมัครได้)
- มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office Excel
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความอดทนสูง สามารถรับความกดดันได้
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ สนใจรายละเอียดของงานที่ทำ
- Proficient in Thai and English
