Job Descriptions
System Maintenance and Upgrades:
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications , SQL.
Ensure all systems are up-to-date and implement upgrades as necessary to enhance performance and security.
Network Security:
Implement and manage robust security measures to safeguard the organization's data and prevent unauthorized access.
Conduct regular security audits and take proactive measures to address vulnerabilities.
Communication Systems:
Oversee and optimize communication systems, including email, VoIP, and messaging platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues promptly to minimize disruptions in daily operations.
Data Management:
Implement and maintain effective data backup and recovery processes.
Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the IT proficiency staff.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with IT service providers and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to obtain cost-effective solutions for the organization.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align IT solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with other department heads to implement technology solutions that enhance overall business efficiency.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
Develop and update IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Support Manager, with team management experience
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, software applications ,system administration ,SLA and SQL.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
