Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลและบันทึกข้อมูลทางบัญชี เช่น รายรับ-รายจ่าย, การบันทึกเอกสารบัญชีต่างๆ
2. ตรวจสอบและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำบัญชี เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
3. จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและงบการเงิน เช่น งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน
4. ตรวจสอบและคำนวณภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
5. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อให้การทำบัญชีถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดและกฎหมาย
Qualifications
- จบวุฒิ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีหรือการเงิน อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถปิดงบและยื่นภาษีได้
