Job Descriptions

1. Lead in solving process and equipment issues, develop corresponding improvement plans to reduce equipment downtime and enhance OEE, etc. 2. For complex process and equipment problems, independently initiate projects, lead in resolution, formulate improvement measures, and follow up on implementation. 3. Write process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and other related documents. 4. Collaborate with the team to follow up on the process trial production of new products and develop corresponding process improvement measures. 5. Work with quality and production departments to analyze daily production anomalies. Lead in following up on improvement measures related to defined processes, equipment, tooling, etc.

Qualifications

Graduated with a degree or higher in mechanical engineering. or related fields
More than 2 years experience in mechanical processing technology.
Familiar with the production process of mechanical products and sheet metal products.
Proficient in using CAD, Creo and other drawing software and skilled in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and coordination skills. including a mindset that focuses on teamwork
Have good communication skills in Chinese or English.
