Job Descriptions• Solving all production problem that report from user
• Other Application on production
• Inform Bug and Follow up with Dev Team
• Provide workaround solution and handover to Routine Support team
• Monitor job request from all channels such as Email, Ticket Tools, LINE, Call and Acknowledge user for job request
• Review, classify priority, record log, Investigated and fix job (or Workaround if not have permanent solution) Incase that can't resolve by our team, escalate job to Dev Team
• Investigated and fix job (or Workaround if not have permanent solution) Incase that can't resolve by our team, escalate job to Dev Team
• Follow up job that escalate to Dev Team
• Response to user when job close or escalate to Dev Team
• Produce Report daily/Monthly for related party.
• Attend project meeting, sprint review
• Incase that there is program bug, Resolver team will inform and follow up with Dev Team
• Incase that there is no permanent solution, Resolver team may provide workaround solution and handover to Routine Support team to support
• Implement Change
• Perform Assignment Project
LocationApplication support (SQL) จะต้องมี knowledge/skill Develop SQL ได้ เนื่องจากต้อง Investigate issue และหา Workaround เพื่อแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ด้วย.
