Job Descriptions1.Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other related party
2.Providing administrative assistance
3.Assist on correspondence and documentation such as report and presentation organize meetings, appointments and other schedules.
4.Taking minutes of meeting and subsequently follow up
5.Organizing document and database
6.Works closely and effectively with the supervisor to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Qualifications - Good command in English
- Well-organized and strongly independent
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Possess prioritizing and multitasking skill.
- Excellence computer skill
- Familiarity with office gadget and application or willing to learn
- Can-do attitude
- Working date: Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00
