AP
- ตรวจเอกสารวางบิล/ทำจ่าย
- ออกใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- ติดตามใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี
- บันทึกตั้งหนี้ในระบบ
- ตรวจเอกสารเงินสดย่อย เคลียร์เงินสดย่อย
- ตั้งเบิกเงิน/เคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่าย
AR
- จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษี
- ติดตามรับเงินจากลูกค้า
- ตามใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้าง
GL
- บันทึกทรัพย์สิน ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของค่าเสื่อมราคา
- กระทบยอด Statement
Tax
- ยื่น ภ.ง.ด 1,3,53
- ยื่น ภ.พ.30
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ
วันทำงาน : วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 8.30-17.30 น.
สวัสดิการ : ค่าอาหารกลางวัน, ค่าเดินทาง, ประกันสัมคม, โบนัสประจำปี, วันหยุดตามประเพณี
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ (ปี)：22-40
- สามารถใช้งาน flowaccount, Express ได้
- สามารถใช้งาน excel, word, powerpoint ได้
