BTL is a specialized manufacturer of kitchen cabinet hardware. As our business ready to operate on Thailand, we are now seeking an experienced Human Resource to join our team for start up. Work content: 1. Manage the recruitment and selection process 2. Develop guidelines for supervision, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR development 3. Coordinate with other departments to communicate and implement HR policies, and provide HR advice 4. Manage administrative and logistical tasks for the factory, such as cleaning and office arrangements 5. Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR management process 6. Handle labor union negotiations and labor-management relations 7. Establish performance evaluation mechanisms for relevant departments as needed by the company 8. Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

23-40 Age Female
Experience in handling labor union negotiations and labor-management relations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Good at Thai and English. Or good at Chinese in priority（HSK 4+)
Candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing industry are preferred.
