Job Descriptions
1、Process Design and Optimization: Design and optimize the air conditioning product manufacturing processes, continuously improve workflows to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. 2、Process Standards and Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain process standards and operating manuals, train production staff, and ensure standardized and regulated production processes. 3、Production Support and Problem Solving: Provide technical support on the production floor, resolve any technical issues related to processes, and ensure the stable operation of production line equipment. 4、Quality Control and Improvement: Establish and implement process quality standards, monitor quality control throughout the production process, collaborate with the quality department to resolve issues, and ensure product quality meets specifications. 5、Cross-Department Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate closely with R&D, procurement, production, and other departments to ensure manufacturability of designs, track industry trends, and promote process innovation and technology upgrades.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Major in mechanical design, automation, material forming, IE, etc.
  3. Can use Chinese or English as working languages.
  4. Strong stress resistance, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
  5. Proficient in CAD drawing software, UG software, able to independently complete tooling drawing
  6. Dare to challenge the process of "from 0 to 1".
  7. Working experience in air conditioning industry is preferred.
