Job Descriptions
Cashier : Timely submit online banking payments based on payment applications and coordinate with payment approvers to complete payment approvals promptly. Complete various declaration tasks required for receipts and payments in a timely manner. Provide bank receipts and payment vouchers promptly. Perform bank reconciliation and prepare bank reconciliation statements at month - end. Tax : Complete various tax declarations on time. Coordinate with local tax authorities to handle various tax - related matters. Sales/Accounts Receivable Accounting : Timely issue invoices to customers. Track accounts receivable. Others : Other routine financial work arranged by the financial manager of the Thai company.
Qualifications
  1. Accounting or a related major.
  2. Languages: Thai (native speaker); English (basic reading and writing skills); Mandarin Chinese (preferred).
  3. Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a cashier in local Thai manufacturing (required), tax specialist (required), and accounting (preferred).
  4. Education: College degree or above.
