Job Descriptions
1. Complete inspection tasks defined by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Collect and organize data.
3. Conduct preliminary analysis of simple quality issues.
4. Communicate promptly with immediate supervisors and adjust work priorities as needed.
5. Continuously improve work processes and outputs through personal skill enhancement.
6. Support open and honest communication, as well as a customer - centered collaborative culture.
7. Foster an inclusive and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications
- Initiate data collection efforts.
- Respond swiftly to quality issues.
- Conduct preliminary analysis and formulate response measures for simple quality problems.
- Escalate major and complex quality issues through the proper channels in a timely manner.
- Identify discrepancies between actual execution and SOP requirements.
