About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in CFD/FX trading by building strategic partnerships. This role will also involve onboarding new partners to IQOption. IQ Option is one of our globally recognized financial broker, renowned for its cutting-edge online trading platform. Established in 2013, IQ Option quickly became one of the top leaders in online trading worldwide. Operating in over 13 languages worldwide, IQ Option empowers clients to engage in diverse trading opportunities, encompassing Forex, CFDs, and Options. Tasks • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and managing IB & affiliate partnerships; • Attend industry events to build relationships and represent the company; • Collaborate with new influencers, including YouTube and TikTok vloggers, to enhance our brand visibility; • Manage all aspects of partnership and affiliate programs from start to finish; • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the forex industry;
Strong understanding of partnerships, affiliate marketing, and sales;
An educational background in Business Administration, E-commerce, or Sales is preferred;
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai is required;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners (IBs, Affiliates and Influencers) to boost engagement and loyalty.
