Job Descriptions
1) ให้ข้อมูล ให้คำแนะนำ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และการบริการของบริษัท
2) ให้บริการลูกค้า ทางออนไลน์แชท/vdo call ทางโทรศัพท์ และทางการเข้ารับบริการที่ออฟฟิศ
3) ประสานงานกับลูกค้ารายเก่าและรายใหม่เพื่อดำเนินงาน / แก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าสร้างความประทับใจ
4) แนะนำสินค้าใหม่ หรือ Promotion ให้กับลูกค้าได้
5) ติดตามสถานะการร้องเรียนจากทางลูกค้า
6) อื่นๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นประชาสัมพันธ์, ธุรการฝ่ายขาย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีบุคคลิกภาพดี อัธยาศัยดี สุภาพ
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร และประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์ได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
