Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance on business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design. - Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, project managers, and business leaders, to define business needs and priorities. - Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. - Provide expert guidance and mentorship to your team, supporting their professional development. - Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive organizational transformation. - Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company objectives. - Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to inform the company's strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or business analyst manager.
  3. Proven track record of leading successful business analysis projects from inception to completion.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  6. Proficiency in business process mapping, data analysis, and systems design.
  7. Experience in agile methodologies and project management techniques.
