Job Descriptions
•Perform inspection part / product according to work instruction. •Record inspection result •Identify / segregate nonconforming part, product, and obsolete equipment. •Notify Quality supervisor or Engineer, once non-conforming part, product are found. •Maintain good house keeping for inspection area. •Perform internal calibration for measuring equipments. •Support / service customer •Review supplier’s inspection data of incoming part.
Qualifications
  1. Primary & High school / Vocational / 1 years up in Quality Inspection
  2. Able to use measuring equipment
  3. Inspection of products
  4. 5S
  5. Quality report writing
  6. Using of inspection tooling/ Measuring equipment
  7. ISO 9001 Requirement
  8. ISO 14001 Requirement
  9. Understanding of Specification/Drawing
