Qualifications

เพศชาย - หญิง อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
ปริญญาตรีหรือโทด้าน ทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยาองค์กร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี ในงาน HRM (หากเคยทำงาน HR ในองค์กรที่เป็นระบบโรงงานผลิต และขนส่ง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ KPI, OKR, Incentive Structure
มีความเข้าใจใน กฎหมายแรงงานและข้อกำหนดด้าน HR Compliance
ทักษะการบริหารจัดการคนและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
ทักษะการใช้ HR Software / HRMS / Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้พนักงาน
ถ้ามีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
