Job Summary : The Corporate Sales Executive in Broker Group Insurance is responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new corporate clients for group insurance products and services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their insurance and service needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of insurance products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate with key decision-makers within organizations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Acquisition and Target Achievement: - Identify and secure new customers to expand the client base. - Achieve the sales targets set by the company. 2. Group Insurance Promotion: - Propose and promote group insurance products and service to clients. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and new customers. 3. Sales Reporting: - Prepare and present detailed summaries of insurance sales through all channels. - Highlight and report challenges and obstacles to the supervisor. 4. Service Oversight: - Ensure that service provision meets the company's targets and revenue goals. - Align service delivery with company policies and standards. 5. Compliance Monitoring: - Monitor and control insurance sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations established by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). 6. Additional Duties: - Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Possession of a life insurance broker license and/or non-life insurance broker license is highly desirable.
Open to recent graduates and/or candidates with no prior experience in group insurance but with experience in corporate sales.
