We are looking for a proactive Windows IT Support Technician to provide internal technical support for our employees in Thailand. The ideal candidate will handle hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, focusing on Windows systems. Fluency in English is essential to support both local and international employees.
Qualifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows system issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage Windows networks, Wi-Fi, and LAN setups.
- Perform regular updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office and business-critical applications.
- Educate employees on basic IT troubleshooting and best practices.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Windows IT support.
