Job / งาน 1 Process AP Transactions and payments 2Collect invoice / tax invoice / receipt 3Record all AP transactions, account reconciliation, withholding Tax submission, prepare remittance 4Verify the completeness and accuracy of tax invoices and other supporting documents ie .P/O, Quotation, Request etc. to be compliance with Internal Control Process. 5Perform monthly reconciliation of WHT, VAT and suspense VAT report and submit Tax Return of WH Tax and VAT. 6 Review, verify invoices and cheque requests, prepare and process payments including urgent payments. 7Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. 8Revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. 9 Data safe Administration (Document Archive). 10Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Accounts Payable Expertise: Experience in processing AP transactions, reconciling accounts, and handling tax-related submissions (WHT, VAT).
  2. Invoice Verification & Compliance: Ability to verify the accuracy and completeness of tax invoices and supporting documents, ensuring adherence to internal control processes.
  3. Financial Reporting & Record Keeping: Skilled in maintaining financial records in accordance with accounting standards, and performing monthly reconciliations and tax filings.
