Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping-related software is a plus.

Location
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and provide customer service to Chinese-speaking and international clients regarding shipping and logistics.
-Communicate with shipping lines, customs authorities, transport companies, and related organizations.
-Prepare import-export documentation such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Customs Clearance documents.
-Provide information on shipping status and ensure smooth delivery of goods.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and problem-solving efficiently.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping operations.
-Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipments.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
ให้บริการลูกค้าและประสานงานด้านการขนส่งสินค้ากับลูกค้าที่ใช้ภาษาจีนและลูกค้าต่างชาติ
ติดต่อกับสายการเดินเรือ, ศุลกากร, บริษัทขนส่ง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดทำเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก เช่น ใบขนสินค้า, ใบกำกับสินค้า และเอกสารศุลกากร
ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานะการขนส่ง และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าถูกจัดส่งตามกำหนด
จัดการข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งให้กับลูกค้า
ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในองค์กรเพื่อให้กระบวนการขนส่งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
ดูแลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
