Job Descriptions
Handle marketing works for Water Leisure & Lifestyle products as below :- - Marketing Plan and Implementation : Create marketing strategy and plans for Water Leisure & Lifestyle products to build up brand awareness, brand visibility, and sales driving. And implement the plan to action successfully - Market study and analysis: Conduct market research. Follow up market movement, - competitors, and consumer behavior and attitude to ensure the strategy that we deliver the right to the need products with the attractive selling position or strong points, to the right target. - Product Deep Drive : Deeply drive into our and competitors’ products and their marketing strategy, pin point strength/weakness, and propose the right market positioning, pricing, selling message, and promotional activities. - Selling point bringing out : Extract product selling point for targeted consumer/user, transfer to key communication message for communication and sales teams utilization, including for their activities. - Data analysis : Monitor and analyze data and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations and report/presentation for improvement based on insights - Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns smoothly and victoriously.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
  2. Age 27-40 years old.
  3. Min 5 years of direct experience in Marketing/Product Management area.
  4. Strong strategic thinking abilities.
  5. Able to use MS Excel and PowerPoint for performance report and presentation.
  6. Proficient in both Thai and English, with good speaking, reading, and writing abilities. (Able to well communicate to our foreigner product suppliers and translate product information to Thai.)
  7. Good time management, prioritizing workload, multi-tasking, and able to work independently.
