Job Descriptions
1.Lead Generation: Find and contact new potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
2.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
3.Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present products or services to clients in order to close sales.
4.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions related to pricing, agreements, and delivery.
5.Sales Follow-up: Follow up with clients regarding product delivery or post-sales service.
6.Reporting: Report sales results to supervisors and analyze the market to adjust sales strategies.
7.Collaboration with Other Teams: Work with the marketing team, product team, or other departments to support sales growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and present products effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close sales.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic programs like Microsoft Office.
- Personality Traits: Proactive, determined, and problem-solving skills.
- Transportation: Own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
- English Proficiency: Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
