Position: Sales Coordinator Admin (สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี/มีต่อสัญญาเรื่อย ๆ) Location: ตึก Park Silom (BTS ศาลาแดง) Working Days: จันทร์ ถึง ศุกร์ Working Hours: 08.30-17.30 Responsibilities : - ส่งตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ลูกค้า - ดูแลเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง เช่น ใบขนขาออก, ค่าประกันภัย, ค่าขนส่งสินค้า, ค่าพิธีการศุลกากร และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง - คีย์ข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆเข้าระบบของบริษัท - สนับสนุนงานแผนกบัญชี ในส่วนของการยืนยันความถูกต้องของข้อมูล และการส่งเอกสาร Benefit : - ประกันสังคม - ประกันกลุ่ม - วันหยุดประจำปี - วันลา - ค่าทำงานล่วงเวลา - ค่าโทรศัพท์ - ค่าทักษะพิเศษ (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22-25 ปี
  3. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสารดี
  4. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office: Word and Exce
  5. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้ (พอใช้)
