Job Descriptions

Our Client is an all-suite luxury hotel occupying of State Tower adjacent to the Chao Phraya River. Job Responsibility: - Prepare interior design drawings for hotel renovation projects. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Work with designers to develop and modify design concepts. - Assist in preparing 3D models, mood boards, and material selections. - Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and regulations. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to support smooth project execution. - Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for design and renovation work. - Support project documentation and assist in presentation materials for client approvals. - Other assign by Project Manager working on Monday to Friday with 2 Sat/Month : 8.30-17.30 Welfare: - Group insurance - Provident fund - Service Charge - Annual leave 15 Days/Year - Service Charge/Month

Qualifications

23-30 years old, Thai only.
Bachelor's Degree Architecture or Interior Design is a must
At least 1 years experience of Interior Design with Floor plan (renovate project) from Hotel, Real Estate is a must
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
Strong attention to detail and creativity in design concepts
able to communicate basic in English
High responsibility, works well under pressure, and is patient.
