Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบ/แก้ไขปัญหา Hardware,Software,Network, ลงโปรแกรม Windows Office และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ได้
2.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด ที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ให้สมบูรณ์
3.ให้คำปรึกษา ตอบคำถามกับพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ และวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
4.แก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยของระบบ คอมพิวเตอร์ และไวรัส
5.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน IT อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการซ่อมแซม และอัพเดทระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆได้ดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย กรุงเทพมหานคร
