Job Descriptions

Sourcing 1. Analyze the market reports and provide the roadmap procurement. 2. Action on the purchasing for regular imports 3. Strategically source raw materials and machinery from overseas markets 4. Consistently research and procure all the goods directly from the manufacturer and eliminate all the distributors. 5. Research and trial new raw materials, tools, and machinery 6. Sourcing of raw materials from the Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA and maintaining a good level of inventory. 7. Regularly invite existing and potential suppliers for biddings on the regular and irregular raw materials and machinery imports at the PSC group. 8. Responsible for getting the technical spec sheet confirmed by the production manager, bringing in new samples for testing and finally buying the raw materials/machinery to avoid any discrepancy. 9. Keep track of the import freight and make sure the shipment is arriving on time at the factory to avoid any inventory shortages. Marketing 1. Managing the exporting to the overseas market with careful thought given to the exportation process. 2 Monitoring assigned customers on products delivery 3. Preparing the quote and presenting to directors before sending it to the customer.
