Plan the operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Additionally, carry out marketing activities to build a positive image for the organization, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the company's sales. Job Description: - Handle customer inquiries regarding end-user promotions. - Plan and execute promotional activities to achieve set targets. - Follow up with customers for any additional required documents or information. - Coordinate with banks to arrange 0% installment plans and conduct monthly report checks. - Prepare summary reports on end-user promotions and related data. - Manage and control the sales promotion budget, including memo issuance for 0% installment programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Sales Support or Marketing, preferably in the trading business.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive. (Own car)
Ability to work independently in other provinces when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong service mindset, well-organized, and skilled in multitasking.
Solid understanding of communication and marketing principles, strategies, and customer engagement.
Strong analytical, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
