Job Descriptions
Job Description •บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย, วัตถุดิบ และทรัพย์สิน (Record expense, material and asset) ทำภาษีซื้อประจำเดือนและยื่น ภพ.30 (Make purchase vat report monthly and submit PP30) •บันทึกรายการปรับปรุงเพื่อปิดงบการเงิน เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า, ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย, ค่าเสื่อมราคาทรัพย์สิน, กำไร/ขาดทุนจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน, LCM รายไตรมาส, สินค้าระหว่างทาง เป็นต้น (Record adjust item before close financial statement such as prepaid expense, accrued expense, depreciation expense, gain/loss exchange rate, LCM by Quarter, material in transit) •ยื่น ภงด.50,51 (Submit PND50, 51) •นับสต๊อคประจำเดือน (Physical inventory monthly) •นับทรัพย์สินประจำปี (Physical asset yearly) •ปิดต้นทุนและงบการเงิน ประจำเดือน (ส่งบริษัทแม่ ที่ประเทศไต้หวัน และผู้บริหาร) (Close cost of goods sold and financial statement monthly for send to HQ at Taiwan and Management team) •วิเคราะห์รายรับและรายจ่ายในงบการเงิน (ส่งให้บริษัทแม่และผู้บริหาร) (Analysis income and expense in financial statement for send to HQ at Taiwan and Management team) •ทำรายงานประมาณการรายรับและรายจ่ายครึ่งปี (Make Midyear overhead budget report) •ทำรายงานประมาณการรายรับและรายจ่ายประจำปี (Make overhead budget yearly report) •ทำรายงานกำไรขาดทุนอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนกลางเดือน (Make forecast exchange rate report half month) •ติดต่อประสานงานและสนับสนุน กับทีมผู้สอบบัญชี เพื่อปิดงบประจำปี (Contact, coordination and support auditor team for close financial statement yearly) •รายงานอื่น ๆ ถ้ามี (Other report) หมายเหตุ (Remark) * กำหนดส่งงบการเงินประจำเดือน คือ ทุก ๆ วันที่ 3-5 ของทุกเดือน (Schedule send financial statement monthly is every date 3-5 of month) ** กำหนดส่งงบการเงินประจำปี คือ สิ้นเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ ของทุกปี (Schedule send financial statement yearly is end of February of year) สวัสดิการ 1. ประกันชีวิตและประกันสุขภาพ 2. กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ 3. เบี้ยขยัน 4. ค่าอาหาร 5. โบนัสประจำปี 6. ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม 7. กินเลี้ยงประจำปี 8. ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ 7.30-16.30 น.
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
  2. ประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชี โดยเฉพาะบัญชีต้นทุนหรือบัญชีโรงงาน อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP ได้ และใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้คล่อง เช่น Word/Excel
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานบัญชี (GAAP/IFRS) และกฎหมายภาษีอากร
  6. หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้ทำบัญชี (CPD) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
