Job Descriptions
1.บริหารงานและจัดทำ การปรับปรุงพื้นที่เช่า ร้านค้า/พื้นที่ Stock พื้นที่ต่างๆ ลงในแปลนอาคาร 2.การติดต่อประสานงานกับร้านค้า ในเรื่องการออกแบบตกแต่ง ในงานส่วนวิศวกรรม 3.ชี้แจง ข้อกำหนดกฎระเบียบการเข้าตกแต่งรา้นค้าอก่ผู้รับเหมา 4.จัดทำรายละเอียด ขอบเขตงานซ่อมบำรุงต่างๆ แบบงาน และตรวจรับงานของผู้รับเหมา ให้เป็นตามมาตรฐาน 6.สนับสนุนงานฝ่ายขาย เมื่อลูกค้าเข้าดูพื้นที่อาคาร 7.ตรวจสอบการอนุมัติแบบงานติดตั้งระบบร้านค้า หรือผู้รับจ้างช่วงที่เข้ามาภายในอาคาร 8.ตรวจสอบการรับมอบเข้าพื้นที่ ร้านค้า พื้นที่ Stock จากทางฝ่ายขาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ข้นไป สาขาวิศวกรเครื่องกล วิศวกรไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft office , Auto Cad และ Solid work
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงาน อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ ในงานด้านการประสานงานร้านค้า ในห้างสรรพสินค้า หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป้นพิเศษ
