Job Descriptions
1. การวางแผนและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล: กำหนดกลยุทธ์และแนวทางในการสรรหา พัฒนา และรักษาบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ 2. การบริหารค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ: ดูแลและปรับปรุงระบบเงินเดือน โบนัส และสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ให้เหมาะสมและแข่งขันได้ 3. การจัดการแรงงานสัมพันธ์: สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างพนักงานและผู้บริหาร รวมถึงการแก้ไขข้อพิพาทที่อาจเกิดขึ้น 4. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงาน: ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบริษัทปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ้างงาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
  4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  5. สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานนอกสถานที่ได้
  6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจภัตตาคารอาหาร และเครื่องดื่ม (F&B - Food & Beverage)
  7. มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถตัดสินใจในการบริหารงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  8. สามารถเริ่มงานได้เร็ว จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
