Job Descriptions

1. Work as the major contact window of Thailand manufacturing base to customer, take lead of business activities and coordinate resources to maintain customer relationships. 2. Work as the contact window to cooperate with China project team, follow up the project to Mass Production. Communicate with customer and manage customers' expectation when abnormal occurs, negotiate with customers upon necessary. 3. Responsible for the product line's order fulfillment and abnormal handling, feedback and push production progress and improvements. Reponible to work management and build flowchart，performance

Qualifications

Can use English as working language, can communicate with American / Europe customer directly. With basic Chinese communication skills, can communicate with China team in Chinese if necessary.
