Job Descriptions
- Primary point of contact for coordinating collaborations with affiliate partners (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada). - Collaborate with KOLs and assist in KOLs sourcing without the need for brief creation.(the team leader will handle recruitment and selection). - Process various expenses, such as KOL fees, and submit them to the Accounting department. - Prepare relevant documents and details of video campaigns and share them with the media planning team for ad deployment. - Prepare campaign-related data for brand campaigns and generate briefs for the graphic design team for various marketing initiatives. - Enhance the appearance of TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada store pages using graphics provided by the design team. - Gather statistical data and information to provide the team with the necessary analytics for marketing analysis and planning. - Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin, Sales Support, or online marketing.
  3. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, Google Drive and various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LINE, Facebook, etc.
  4. Strong English language proficiency (Preferred).
  5. Service-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
