Company: Subsidiary of Italthai Engineering Business: M & E Trading Report to: Department Manager - Data Center Workdays: Monday - Friday (07.30 - 16.30) Base on: Italthai Tower, New Petchburi Road, BKK ------------------------------------- Service: Facility Management (Preventive / corrective maintenance) - for Data Center ------------------------------------- Target customers: Private Sectors (Bangkok & up countries) ------------------------------------- Job Descriptions : - Identify and approach potential clients for data center facility management services - Understand customer needs and propose preventive and corrective maintenance solutions - Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope and smooth service handover - Build strong relationships with clients and follow up on sales opportunities - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or any related field
1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in Facility Management, After-Sales Service, or Data Center Solutions is a plus)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Pleasant personality, self-motivated, and results-driven
** Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car for work-related travel
