Job Descriptions

•Conduct research using traditional and nontraditional data sources with some autonomy to create solutions and mitigate risks. •Develop and maintain files, databases and systems to collect, store and retrieve data on litigation, union contracts, patent management, etc. •Prepare legal forms and templates and legal pleadings (arbitration, litigation, etc.) •Coordinate and monitor progress for higher risk cases. •Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. •Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years of related work experience.
Other minimum qualifications may apply.
