Job Descriptions
- จัดหา/จัดซื้อ สินค้าภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศภายใต้ความต้องการขององค์กร
- ติดต่อและเปรียบเทียบหา Supplier ที่ดีที่สุด
- ติดตามและประสานงานสำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อรายงานฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องแบบ Real Time
- คำนวณต้นทุนสินค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าประจำเดือน
- จัดทำฐานข้อมูล Vendor
- ประสานงานกับ Warehouse เพื่อตรวจสอบการรับสินค้าอย่างถูกต้อง
- จัดทำรายงานสั่งซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการประจำสัปดาห์
Qualifications
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในด้านการจัดซื้อสินค้าต่างประเทศเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- วางแผนและติดตามสินค้าให้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนดไว้
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในด้านการจัดซื้อสินค้าสำหรับร้านกาแฟและเบเกอรี่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
