Job Descriptions
The Head of Safety is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing safety measures within the organization to ensure that everyone works in a safe environment, in compliance with relevant laws and standards. This includes Gallothai and all of its branches, as well as any related companies.
ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลและจัดการมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทุกคนทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัย สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งรวมถึงสาขาต่างๆ ของบริษัท ตลอดจนบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Set policies for the safety department's operations.
• Oversee the work of staff in the department to ensure smooth operations.
• Define the budget for safety activities and ensure the work stays within the approved budget.
• Assess workplace safety and design safety measures.
• Train and educate employees on workplace safety measures.
• In case of an incident, coordinate with relevant personnel to investigate and resolve the issue, and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to purchase safety equipment and ensure the equipment is always in good working condition.
• Coordinate with government officials for safety assessments and obtain necessary safety certifications.
• Prepare safety reports and communicate them to management or relevant parties.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Head of Safety
- Graduated in Safety and Environment
- Has experience in ISO, specifically in the environmental aspect.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Proven knowledge of safety principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Leader Ship skill , Communication Skill, Coordinate Skill, Management Skill
- Licensed Specialist in Hazardous Substances (Bor Chor)
- Thai Nationality and fluent in English and Thai
- Able to travel independently to supervise and manage the company’s branches as needed.
- able to work at Wellgrow Industrial Estate (Bang Pakong)
