Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุม ติดตามการทำงานทีมช่าง ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
2.เปิดงานซ่อม ตรวจรับ และปิดงานในระบบโปรแกรมการทำงานซ่อมแซมและก่อสร้างภายใน
3.สนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การทำงานให้กับทีมช่างภายในของบริษัท โดยการเบิก/สั่งซื้อผ่านการเปิด PR PO /โอนต่างสาขา พร้อมติดตามอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้ในการทำงานให้กับทีมช่าง
4.สรุปผลการดำเนินงานทีมช่างในแต่ละเดือน ไตรมาส และรายงานประจำปี
5.สนับสนุน จัดหา ที่พัก สำหรับทีมช่าง กรณีเดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่
6.สรุปจ่ายสวัสดิการทีมช่างประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถใช้ MS Office 365 ( Power Point, Excel )ได้คล่อง
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการ (ในแผนกซ่อมบำรุง) พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
