Job Descriptions
1.Issue the Purchase order to supplier.
2.Filing puchase order and documents related to purchasing.
3.Participation all activities to achieve the target.
4.Documents and track product orders to scheduled.
5.Check prices of purchased according to the PRICE LIST.
6.Procurement of goods and general equipment as assigned.
7.Handing and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, Shortage,missing parts.
8.Coordinate with supplier ti ensure on-time deliverly.
9.Perform assigned tasks on time and with efficiency.
10.Abide by the rules and regulations of the agency.
11.Sourcing tool and Equipment for new model .
12.Supplier evaluation.
13.Support ACT/DMCT company sourcing and buying.
Qualifications
- Bachelor'degree major Machanical Engineer /Management-Industrial management.
- Experience 2 Years.
- Positive thinking ,enthusiastic Learing new things,diligent, Good personality, good relationship, Good Responsible and can work under pressur.
- Good command in English
- Ms.Word, Excel, Power Point
- Drawing reading
