Job Descriptions
เช็คปริมาณการใช้ น้ำยาง แก๊ส น้ำมันเตา เบิกจ่าย วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฎิบัติงานให้กับฝ่ายต่างๆ ตัด Stock วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ และ packaging เช็คตรวจสอบ Minimum stock ก่อนการสั่งซื้อ จัดทำเอกสารใบสั่งซื้อ (PR) จัดเตรียมพื้นที่เพื่อ รองรับจำนวนสินค้าที่จะเข้ามาตาม PO ติดต่อประสานงาน ให้ฝ่ายที่สั่งซื้อสินค้ามาเช็คแล้วตรวจสอบสินค้า ก่อนรับเข้าระบบ ตรวจเช็คยอด น้ำหนัก หรือจำนวนสินค้าและ จัดทำใบรับเข้าสินค้า ควบคุมยอด Max & Min ของวัตถุดิบคงคลัง ตามกำลังการผลิต จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายสิ้นเปลืองของแต่ละฝ่าย ประจำเดือน จัดทำรายงานการเบิก อะไหล่และอุปกรณ์ ซ่อมแซม ประจำเดือน จัดทำพร้อมทั้งสรุปยอดเบิก packaging ประจำเดือน จัดทำรายงานสินค้าคงคลัง packaging ประจำเดือน
Qualifications
  1. ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. วันทำงาน จ-ส เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น.
  4. การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถประสานงาน ได้ดีทั้งบุคคลภายในองค์กร และภายนอก
  7. มีความเป็นผู้นำ / ทัศนคติดีมีพลังบวก/บุคลิคภาพดี
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
