Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบการคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้าที่ใช้งาน Online Shopping Platform
2.ตรวจสอบสถานะข้อมูลการคืนเงิน การขอคืนเงิน ถอนเงิน จากระบบ
3.ช่วยลูกค้าประสานงานในกรณีลูกค้าต้องการความช่วยเหลือและคำแนะนำ
Qualifications
- ขั้นต่ำปวส.และวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา ไม่จำกัดคณะ
- สื่อสารภาษาไทย ได้ในระดับดี
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (วันหยุดอาจจะไม่ตรงเสาร์อาทิตย์)
- ทำงานเป็นกะ เช้าสุด 8 โมงเช้า เลิกดึกสุด 4 ทุ่ม
- มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์
- หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงาน Call Center / Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้วันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2568
