Job Descriptions
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Control warehouse operations system by determining goods handling, implementation and improvement for operation procedures, equipment utilization
•Responsible for the performance of the terminal to ensure good results are achieved, e.g. lost time injury, damage or loss, overall time management
•Costs control, e.g. overtime in line according to company budget guidelines
•Assist prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit on time
•Maintains HSSE by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
•Work with concerned function to ensure effective supply solutions
•Ensure all contractor contracts are complete, properly executed and have considered all cost variables
•Assist in the development of a distribution infrastructure that supports our customers in the most cost effective and efficient manner
•Supervise daily activities of the terminal, equipment and team; e.g. cycle count, putaway, discrepancy management, packaging control, shift planning and people utilization
•Maintain good conditions of facility and utility, perform basic maintenance
•Monitor & Maintain team in standard operating procedures and work instructions
•Lead, Coach and develop team to improve skills and competencies
•Initiate improvement and project
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งาน warehouse management และ logistics อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ และ ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ
- เดินทางมาทำงานได้
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
