Working Hours: Mon - Fri (Sat as company calendar) / 8.00 -17.00 Job Description: - Manage new part setups, including mold and jig arrangements. - Maintain and improve production processes for efficiency and quality. - Handle initial quality control, including PPAP documentation and feasibility checks. - Oversee engineering and QC teams, providing training and mentorship. - Review 3D product data, technical drawings, and SPEC testing. - Choose suitable injection molding materials based on usage needs. - Advise on process improvements, mold cost calculations, and production planning. - Manage meetings with customers related to setup, production engineering, quality, and compatibility reviews. Qualifications

Female / Male, Age 30 years or above
3 year experience in Engineer at a plastic manufacturing company
Experience in plastic molding technology
Experience in starting up new parts, handling automobile-related parts
Understand PPAP/ Understands ISO9001 / 14001 / IATF16949
Understand basic quality control and be able to give guidance to subordinates
Good command of verbal and written in English (to communicate with internal and external)
Good command in Japanese will be advantage (N3 or above)
