Job Descriptions
- Oversee and manage the company’s PDPA compliance system to ensure adherence to legal requirements. - Provide guidance, training, and development programs for employees regarding PDPA regulations and legal compliance. - Review, draft, and manage legal contracts and agreements between the company and its clients/partners. - Maintain and control important company documents, including records of authorized signatories. - Liaise with internal departments and provide legal advice to support business operations.
Qualifications
  1. Age: 25-35 years old
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field
  3. Experience: At least 2 years in a law firm or corporate legal role
  4. Strong knowledge of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act)
  5. Good understanding of contract law and business-related legal matters
  6. Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is preferred
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal-related software
