Job Descriptions
1.Receive RFQs (Request for Quotation) and other customer-related information
2.Prepare quotations and cost breakdowns
3.Create quotations for price adjustments based on exchange rate and steel scrap price fluctuations according to the defined period
4.Prepare and update forecast and sales reports
5.Set and manage part pricing in the system
6.Issue debit notes and credit notes
7.Handle general sales - related tasks, including customer meetings and internal department coordination
8.Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Single Male / Female Age 28 year onwards
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Bachelor Degrees
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in forecasting and sales reporting
- Previous experience in the automotive parts or electronics industry
- Able to communicate good
- Good command of spoken and written English
