Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามใบขอซื้อและออกใบขอซื้อ (PO) 2.ติดตามการส่งมอบงานทุกวันและติดตามใบ Confirm ใบสั่งซื้อ 3.ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบสั่งสินค้า (ใบกำกับภาษี) รับเข้าในระบบและส่งแผนกบัญชี 4.ทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจ่ายเงิน Supplier (Payment) แนบ PO กับบิล 5.ประสานงานทั่วไปภายในองค์กรและ Supplier 6.ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา 7.ควบคุมงานในหน่วยงาน พร้อมดูแลเอกสาร ISO ,พร้อมดูแลพนักงานในหน่วยงาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย - หญิง
  2. อายุ 21-40ปี
  3. ปวช. - ปริญญาตรี
  4. สาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจทั่วไป การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆ
  5. มีความสามารถด้านจัดซื้อ ประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี
  6. มีความรอบครอบ สามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันได้
  7. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
